Vaya con Dios, Elder Casperson!!

Well. Little bro, Bradina entered the MTC on Wednesday, Aug. 18th. He'll be heading to Brazil. We went to hear him speak this last weekend, and then I stayed a few extra days to see him off at the Twin Falls airport. He is a stud and will be a great missionary. He will do an awesome job.
Suerte, Elder Casperson!

The night he was set apart.

With his favorite niece, unfortunately she doesn't reciprocate the sentiment. ;)

The many adventures of Audrey...

I've gotten some insanely cute pictures of our sweet Audrey Jo the past few days, so I had to dedicate a post to her. There are a number of "before" and "after" shots.

I know, I'm so mean. But I stuck that hat on her, and she kept it on. She never does!! Then she crawled in the kitchen and saw her bottle and broke down. It just cracked me up.

Who knew that peaches were the thing to keep a hairdo?

Before...

After.

After, after.
She then proceeded to lick her fingers. It's frosting, fyi.

"Wheeere's Audrey?"

"There she is!"

Two years down...eternity to go!!

We celebrated our TWO year anniversary on August 7th!! We couldn't believe two years have gone by already. And yet, we both feel like we have known each other so much longer! We couldn't be happier. Matt and I were truly made for each other! I love him so much!!

On Saturday, we went to Swan Valley to spend the afternoon and have a picnic. We found a beautiful little spot along the Snake River. It was cool and windy, but so enjoyable! It was a great day.

Heading out

Blue Angels Air Show

Here in Idaho, the 24th of July is not celebrated like it is in Utah. And Matt and I miss that. But we actually had a very fun and patriotic 24th! The Blue Angels came to town and did a fantastic air show. They are 6 navy jets that do a fun show. They had a sort of fair on the runway of the airport and had all sorts of old planes and stuff. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

A plane named after our little Audrey Jo.

No, they did not collide. :)

Mary, Mary, quite contrary, how does your garden grow?

Well. We planted our first garden...and it's growing!! We are perfectly thrilled! Almost everything we planted is doing wonderfully. We planted corn, tomatoes, beans, jalapenos, squash, green onions, potatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and cantaloupe. Our watermelon and spinach didn't survive the cold spells. So, we are hoping we don't get and early frost!! And actually, these pictures are from last week. Our corn and tomatoes are even higher!

Uno mas....

So, I may be going overboard on "getting caught up." I'm on a roll, so I just keep posting! Back in April, Matt had a conference down in Salt Lake. So, while he attended his conference all day, my bestest friend, Melanie, came with her two boys to the hotel to swim, and then we lunched at her place. Will and Porter are two awesome dudes. :)
We then met up with Uncle Braden and bowled, and had some Creamery ice cream. Mmmm.

Cuteness. Is this a foreshadow of things to come? ;)

Since this picture, Audrey has started crawling. Her rolls aren't as...rolly anymore. :(

Thanks for bending down to my height, Mel!

Audrey's typical look when held by uncle Braden. ;)

Home sweet home.

We're finally getting our new house put together. So, here are some lovely photos. I threw in some of our garden, too. Aaand of course some of Audrey Jo. Oh, and I guess we'll include Father's Day! We tried to get some cute pictures of Audrey with a shirt that says "I love Grandpa" to send to the grandpas. She was not in the mood. These are the best we could do. Good thing she's cute no matter what. ;)

NOoo, she's not a tree-hugger.

No, she is not filling her diaper-or trying to.
